The sunsetting

Why are you sunsetting this portfolio in Feburary of 2027? (It’s not even a year old!)

I am sunsetting this portfolio for multiple reasons, there’s a big reason why..

AI, yes, AI, the same tool that “helped” making this site (or well, vibecode it entirely)

The SAME TOOL THAT RUINED MY LIFE WITH CODING, AND THE SAME TOOL THAT IS GONNA KILL ALL OF US IN LESS THAN 10 YEARS.

..and for that reason, I am sunsetting this portfolio and making one that, is my own creation, without stupid AI SLOP in my code.

I will still use it, for help, but not what I did for this new portfolio.

The other reason is because I now need AI, to add features to my portfolio..

(What about adding the features themselves?) THATS WHAT IM TRYING TO DO, but i just.. cant.

So, If you are reading this, this may be the last time you’ll ever see this portfolio..

(In other good news though, I’m soon gonna add codeberg as a third mirror, including my own forgejo instance, so I guess thats cool..?)

Are you gonna delete this forever orr?

No I won’t, actually after Feburary 2027, maybe I’ll still update it every so often, and I’ll make its own subdomain for it, which will be: https://slop.lamps-dev.dev. (Very self-explanatory subdomain)

Will you stop using AI for good?

For vibecoding full stuff, yeah, yeah I probably will stop. For help though, maybe AI can still help me in some cases.
